Youth Empowerment
Nisha Social Welfare Society had run Training Programme of Business Entrepreneurship Development & Employments with the collaboration of Learning Links Foundation. Youth Empowerment Series for Micro Entrepreneurs (YES for ME) aims at increasing the employability and entrepreneurship opportunities of low income youth in India.
LLF believes that the Start-up India and Stand-up India campaigns have to move beyond the digital start up and therefore has designed the YES for ME Program to impart entrepreneurial skills, supported by digital and financial literacy and augmented by spoken English training to 2400 youth in the age group of 18-32 years across 4 locations in India viz. Pune, Chennai, Bangalore and National Capital Region. The beneficiaries belong to economically backward sections of the society.
